Actor and Lok Sabha member Ravi Kishan has been going viral for his comments, which have become memes flooding social media. Clips such as ‘Jaldi the Late’ and ‘Money follows my brother’ from his recent podcast have also gone viral. Ravi also made headlines for saying he is observing a maun vrat, or vow of silence, before continuing to discuss the student protests.

Now, Ravi Kishan has spoken to the media outside the Parliament on Wednesday, where he acknowledged the memes and thanked the youth of this country for making him famous on social media. He said, “During this Maun Vrat (silent protest), these Gen Z people had made me speechless. As far as I can remember, I have never seen anything like this in this country. The way Gen Z has showered me with so much love, it has been historic, and it is not stopping; it is growing day by day.”
‘Aapke brain ko salaam’
He added, “Saare Gen Z ko main neota deta hoon, aapke brain ko salaam karta hoon (So, I invite all those young people, all the Gen Z. I salute your brains). The kind of creativity you guys are showing is unbelievable. You have taken me, my style, my words, my name, and even my fame to such a huge and extraordinary level.” He also added that PM Modi listens to Gen Z on Instagram and considers what they say. He concluded by thanking Gen Z for making his name viral.
Earlier in an interview with HT, the actor had shared: “No one has discovered me before. Now, they want to see me more and know me more. Gen Z has accepted me as their own. I really want to thank them and salute their creativity.”
The Malma Legal Hai actor says he is not affected by the frenzy. “My 85-year-old mother, family members and myself are just speechless. Their prayers have increased and my faith in Mahadev gives me the inner strength to remain in peace. Somewhere I feel Instagram has become a very powerful medium. People are very lonely in personal lives and when on social media something connects with them or entertains them, they connect with it and accept them as family,” he says on a signing off note.
