3 Bambiha members deported from Malaysia
Three Bambiha gang operatives deported from Malaysia in major crackdown, says Amit Shah

NEW DELHI: In a major operation against the Bambiha criminal network, Indian agencies have executed a coordinated crackdown on its key overseas operatives, deporting three of its members from Malaysia who were ordering hits and carrying out extortions in India on behalf of the group’s kingpin Lucky Patial.Announced by Union home minister Amit Shah on X Monday, the high-profile action targeted Jaspreet Singh (alias Jas Behbal) of Faridkot, alongside Ajay Singh (alias Ajay Malaysia) and Pawandeep Singh, both from Rajasthan’s Sri Ganganagar district. Shah posted that Indian agencies had got the three absconding gangsters apprehended in Malaysia and deported to India.“The fugitives….are linked to the Bambiha gang and are accused of multiple crimes, including extortion, cross-border arms and narco-trafficking, and a foiled grenade attack in Ludhiana…our agencies have facilitated the deportation of 51 hardened criminals in 2026 alone.”
