Nashra Sandhu made history by taking six wickets against Hong Kong, China in the Women’s Asia Cup 2026. She became the first Pakistan bowler to take six wickets in a Women’s T20I. Hong Kong were bowled out for 71 while chasing 144. Sandhu took key wickets at regular intervals and finished with the best figures by a Pakistan Women’s bowler in T20Is.
Earlier, Shawaal Zulfiqar scored 47 off 35 balls to help Pakistan post 143. Joyleen Kaur took 4/19 for Hong Kong. Pakistan still had enough runs to win comfortably. They will now face Sri Lanka in the second semi-final on September 11.
