What is ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’ about?
The film revolves around an old man, played by Naseeruddin Shah, who has spent a lifetime unable to forget the woman he lost during the Partition of India in 1947. As he lies on his deathbed with one final wish, to be reunited with his lost love, it is his grandson, played by Diljit Dosanjh, who takes it upon himself to piece together the fragments of this unfinished love story. The younger versions of these two souls are brought to life by Sharvari and Vedang Raina respectively.
