It read, “HEALTH CONCERN I had posted a few days ago that Salman Bhai was having some health issues, but no one believed it. Yesterday bhai went to Supriya Sule’s daughter’s wedding and here you can clearly see that Salman Khan’s weight has increased again, his belly has come out.“The post further alleged that the actor’s family has been encouraging him to seek medical treatment in the US, but Salman is reportedly determined to finish his professional commitments before doing so. “Bhai’s family is repeatedly forcing him to go to USA for treatment but Bhai wants to complete the Vamsi movie at any cost so that no one can point fingers at him later for movie delay like Murugadoss. The steroids used in the treatment of trigeminal are causing disproportionate weight gain and loss.
