Dhoni missed the last game of CSK due to an injury and now a latest update says that he might not be able to play against SRH. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is confusion regarding his participation and the fans would have to wait till the game.

During the past few seasons, the performance of Dhoni was not up to the mark. He made 101, 164, and 196 runs in the last three years respectively. After 2020, Dhoni scored 232 runs in the highest number during the current season.

Coming to CSK, they are presently standing at 8th position in the points table. They lost three consecutive games but have won their last two games and hence are gradually reviving their form.

However, there are also some concerns that are present regarding CSK. Firstly, Khaleel Ahmed could not participate because he got injured and till now, there is no news about a replacement of him. Secondly, Nathan Ellis is also unavailable for CSK.
