The BCCI has announced the India squad for the upcoming T20I series vs Zimbabwe. In a major move, the selection committee, led by Ajit Agarkar, has decided to drop Sanju Samson and continue with Vaibhav Sooryavanshi. Shreyas Iyer will be leading the side as captain, with Tilak Varma again named as his deputy.
Meanwhile, Ishan Kishan and Prabhsimran Singh are the designated wicketkeepers. Opener Abhishek Sharma remains in the squad. All-rounders Shivam Dube and Suryansh Shedge are also in the squad.
