Actor R. Madhavan recently shared a heartfelt moment with his fans after revisiting one of Hollywood’s most iconic songs. The actor posted a clip on his Instagram Stories and revealed that the classic track instantly transported him back to his teenage years. Sharing his thoughts, Madhavan wrote, “It all came rushing back. Pure nostalgia, all my adolescence in 1 song.”

The song that stirred those memories was “I’ve Had the Time of My Life”, the celebrated track from the 1987 romantic drama Dirty Dancing. The film starred Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey in the lead roles and remains one of the most beloved classics in Hollywood.Directed by Emile Ardolino, Dirty Dancing earned worldwide recognition for its emotional story, memorable performances and unforgettable soundtrack. Actor gears up for the release of GDN

On the work front, R. Madhavan is preparing for the release of his upcoming biographical drama GDN, which is scheduled to hit theatres on July 17. Directed by Krishnakumar Ramakumar and co-written by Madhavan, the film is based on the life of legendary engineer and inventor G.D. Naidu, who is widely known as the “Edison of India.”The film features an ensemble cast including Sathyaraj, Jayaram, Priyamani, Vinay Rai, Dushara Vijayan and Aditi Balan in key roles.
