Which Pakistan player would be playing which league?- IPL

Which Pakistan player would be playing which league?Plenty of Pakistani players will be in action in leagues across the world, with several competitions running concurrently over the next couple of months. While the national team has a two-match red-ball series to be played in the Caribbean, the white-ball players will be spread across these leagues.

Here is a list of where Pakistan players will be playing:

The Hundred (July 21 – August 16)

Mohammad Amir (Trent Rockets), Abrar Ahmed (Sunrisers Leeds), Usman Tariq (Birmingham Phoenix), Fatima Sana (Birmingham Phoenix – women’s)

While Abrar, Usman, and Fatima Sana found a spot in the competition after the auction, Mohammad Amir was slotted in later as a replacement. He will feature as a local player, having recently acquired British citizenship.

Lanka Premier League (July 17 – August 8)

Sahibzada Farhan was signed as an Icon Player by the Sixers, while the remaining players, barring Shaheen, whose signing is yet to be officially confirmed, were picked up in the LPL draft.

Mohammad Haris might have to choose between the LPL and GSL, as he has been named by franchises in both competitions. It is understood that the top-order batter would withdraw from the LPL to play for the Guyana Amazon Warriors in the GSL.

Global Super League (July 23 – August 1)

Shadab Khan (Desert Vipers), Mohammad Haris (Guyana Amazon Warriors), Sufiyan Moqim (Perth Scorchers), Usman Khan (Perth Scorchers)

Shadab, who will lead the Desert Vipers, and Sufiyan are currently playing in the Vitality Blast, which ends July 18. They will fly to Guyana straight from there.

Caribbean Premier League (August 7 – September 20)

Maaz Sadaqat (Jamaica Kingsmen), Sahibzada Farhan

Sahibzada Farhan is facing the same predicament as Haris, though his scheduling conflict isn’t as strict. While it’s not official, reports state that the opening batter will miss the final LPL games to join his side in the CPL.
