Controversial American YouTuber Sneako has turned his attention to tech billionaire Elon Musk, issuing a citizenship challenge. Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the internet personality whose legal name is Nicolas Kenn De Balinthazy dared the Tesla and SpaceX CEO to a one-on-one conversation. Sneako proposed that both men would risk their respective citizenships based on the outcome of a public poll.“I will renounce my US citizenship if Elon Musk can properly explain in conversation why I am more harmful to America than him,” Sneako announced, adding, “One hour, one on one, poll decides winner. If I win he goes back to South Africa.”Musk, who holds US citizenship but was born and raised in South Africa, has not yet responded to the post.
Sneako was deported from Australia over ‘hate’ comments
The challnege comes about two months after Sneako was deported from Australia and slapped with a lifetime visa ban. Australia’s Home Affairs Minister, Tony Burke, confirmed the deportation, taking a direct swipe at the digital creator’s online behaviour.“Our government has made it very clear we will use every power available to us to protect our community from people coming to this country to spread hatred. We are a better country when he is somewhere else,” Burke stated at that time.Sneako’s visa was stripped away using strict new legislative amendments passed by the Australian Parliament earlier this year. Under these updated laws, the cancellation automatically carries a permanent, lifetime ban, ensuring that the YouTuber can never legally apply to enter the country again. Senator Jonathon Duniam also criticised the initial visa approval as a sign of a “broken system,” warning officials about Sneako’s toxic digital footprint.“For anyone who goes and Googles this individual, this strange character, is a misogynist. He praises Hitler. He is an antisemite,” Duniam told local media.
