Freddie Hunt’s perspective on the documentary

Freddie Hunt, James Hunt’s son, expressed his enthusiasm about the project and the opportunity to present a more complete picture of his father. “Dad has so often been painted as something of a caricature. Director’s previous work and technological approach

Field is known for his work on a documentary about Thunderbirds creator Gerry Anderson. The film, ‘Gerry Anderson: A Life Uncharted’, which was created for a streaming platform and shopped internationally, utilised AI technology to repurpose audio archive footage and bring Anderson back to the screen to discuss his life and career, demonstrating Field’s innovative approach to documentary filmmaking and his ability to blend archival material with contemporary technology in compelling ways.
