The Daily Mail reported that Cox and McDaid have officially parted ways. The two first met in 2013 and were together from there on, except for a brief split in 2015. The report shared that the 62-year-old and the 49-year-old had already split last year, and it was a mutual decision.The two were leading different lives, which ultimately led them to part ways after being together for around 13 years. There are no hard feelings between them, and the split was amicable.A statement from the report about their breakup read, “Johnny speaks incredibly highly of Courteney. They had a very deep relationship, and they remain extremely amicable. They are great friends and care about each other very much. This was not an ugly split.
