The Delhi Capitals made a sensational comeback at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium. Rajasthan Royals posted a target of 226 and Delhi Capitals managed to beat the Rajasthan Royals by seven wickets.
The game was managed by the excellent opening combination of Pathum Nissanka and KL Rahul. Both players performed exceptionally well for the Delhi team. Although Riyan Parag scored a total of 90 and Donovan Ferreira put up a terrific show with his bat, Rajasthan could not save their total.
For Delhi, this victory is a very important one. By registering this win, they have been able to climb up the ranks to occupy sixth position, ahead of the CSK team. For Rajasthan, this was yet another disappointing loss at home ground. The team is facing some serious problems and has now lost four consecutive games.
