Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) have their eyes set on preparing a formidable contingent for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) season in 2027. The franchise shall look for the required expertise in its coaching unit, a team of seasoned administrators as well as a qualified medical unit and support staff to ensure that the players perform well at the tournament.
LSG is managed by the RPSG Group headed by Sanjiv Goenka. The team entered the IPL in 2022 and has progressed to the playoffs during both seasons. Justin Langer has been the head coach since IPL 2024 and Bharat Arun joined the coaching panel as a bowling coach in 2025.

LSG Coaches and Their Responsibilities
Justin Langer – Head Coach
