Zimbabwe women are set to face Pakistan for a white-ball series in what will be their first tour of the country. The ODI leg will be a part of the ICC Women’s Championship, with the first game set to begin on May 4 at 3:30 PM (local time).
Pakistan are currently in 5th place in the Women’s Championship table after winning one of their three games this cycle. Zimbabwe, however, are still looking for their first win, having lost all three of their matches so far.
Led by Fatima Sana, Pakistan come fresh off a dominant win over South Africa in March. Having already lost the series after losing the first two games, they bounced back strongly, defeating the Proteas Women by 119 runs in a high-scoring affair.
Head-to-Head Record:
The two teams have only played one ODI against each other, which came during the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier in 2021. The game was convincingly won by Pakistan by 114 runs.
