Dating rumours between Ibrahim Ali Khan and Palak Tiwari refuse to die down. While the duo has consistently remained tight-lipped about their relationship status, their latest public appearance has once again sent the gossip mills into overdrive.
A video doing the rounds on social media appears to show Ibrahim subtly pushing Palak to stay inside, seemingly in a bid to avoid being spotted together by the paparazzi. As the video caught everyone’s attention, Orry has added another layer to the buzz with a playful dig at the incident.
Ibrahim pushes Palak
On Wednesday, the rumoured couple was spotted exiting a cinema hall in Mumbai when paparazzi waiting outside quickly panned their cameras on them. Ibrahim stepped out first and, upon noticing the photographers, appeared to gently nudge Palak to remain behind him as they made their way out, seemingly trying to avoid being photographed together.
The video shows Ibrahim exiting a multiplex while talking on a phone. As paparazzi crowded around to photograph him, Palak attempted to step out as well. However, Ibrahim appeared to push her back inside, seemingly trying to keep her away from the cameras.
Despite Ibrahim’s apparent attempt to keep Palak away from the cameras, the paparazzi were quick to catch on. They followed the action inside the premises and managed to capture Palak standing on the staircase. Later, Palak was seen laughing in an embarrassed way and taking a different exit by walking down the stairs.
As the video caught attention on social media, Orry, who has previously been open about his relationship with Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan turning sour, took a dig at the clip.
“The way he pushed her to protect himself from being seen with her,” Orry wrote, adding to the chatter on social media.
One social media user wrote, “Why is he hiding her????”, with another social media user writing, “If he cannot respect her in front of the media, he should not push her like this.”

Dating rumours of Ibrahim and Palak began in December 2022 after they were spotted together in Mumbai. Later, a source told Hindustan Times that they have been in a relationship for quite some time, but “don’t want the attention on their personal life”. “Ibrahim and Palak have found a happy place with each other, and are dating. They like to spend time with each other. However, they want to keep their private lives out of the public glare,” claimed the source.
Last year, talking to Filmfare, Ibrahim addressed the dating rumours and clarified whether they were more than just friends. Palak is the daughter of Shweta Tiwari and Raja Chaudhary. Ibrahim is the son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh.
Ibrahim was asked if he could ‘talk about a certain Miss Palak Tiwari’, but he seemed wary of addressing it or going into too much detail. He said, “She’s a good friend. Yeah, she’s sweet. That’s all.”
Ibrahim and Palak have been spotted together numerous times in public, and it was even rumoured that they vacationed together in the Maldives and Goa. Palak has also maintained in interviews that they’re friends.
Palak made her acting debut with Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan in 2022, and was most recently seen in the web show Lukkhe. Ibrahim made his acting debut with Shauna Gautam’s romantic comedy Nadaaniyan. He was also seen in Sarzameen, which also featured Kajol and Prithviraj Sukumaran.
