Donald Trump Jr has bought out former fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle from their shared Florida waterfront mansion, paying her $7.6 million to take full ownership of the property, according to property records.According to a Palm Beach County property deed filed on Monday, Trump Jr paid Guilfoyle $7.6 million for her stake in the waterfront home. The transaction was completed on July 25, according to a report by the Palm Beach Post.The former couple purchased the property for $9.7 million in 2021, shortly after relocating from New York to Florida following the 2020 US presidential election.Guilfoyle, 57, now serves as the US ambassador to Greece and is listed with a Delray Beach address in the property filing, which also carries a stamp from the US embassy in Athens.The buyout comes months after Trump Jr married Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson. US media reports stated that the couple is planning to move to a new home in West Palm Beach.

The luxury property is located in the exclusive Admiral’s Cove gated community in Palm Beach County along the Intracoastal Waterway. The two-storey home spans about 11,270 square feet and features six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, an elevator and a fireplace, the New York Post reported.Built in 1995, the mansion underwent extensive renovations before Trump Jr and Guilfoyle moved in. More recently, it received a contemporary makeover with white interiors, neutral wood and tile flooring, and expansive waterfront views. The property also includes a private swimming pool, a dock and a boat lift, making it one of the premium waterfront homes in the community.
