The singer and actor had purchased the 12-bedroom, 14-bathroom home for a whopping $60.9 million in 2023, months after they tied the knot. They spent millions on renovating their marital abode before filing for a divorce in February 2025.The Beverly Hills home spent two years in the market priced at $68 million where both Affleck and Lopez agreed to split any payoffs from the sale. By May 2025, the exes dropped their asking price to $59.95 million, before delisting the home just two months later. In September the home reappeared on the market for a price of $52 million only to be delisted in January 2026. While the couple moved swiftly through their divorce proceedings, their marital home remained a point of contest. Finally, in April 2026, the ‘Gone Girl’ actor decided to “gift” his former spouse his portion of the property, leaving her to pursue a sale of the home by herself. While the documents did not include details of the transfer, TMZ alleged that Affleck took no payment from Lopez in return for his share of the home.“The parties shall be responsible for any taxes arising from the transactions/transfers. The parties agree that the transactions/transfers shall constitute a transfer of property among spouses incident to divorce for federal income tax purposes,” the documents read.In May 2026, the price had to be slashed to $49.99 million. The listing revealed images of the home with its indoor sports complex with basketball and pickleball courts, a fully equipped gym, a boxing ring, a sports lounge, a bar, an open floor plan, a tennis court, soaring ceilings and a resort-style pool. It described the property as the “ultimate celebrity compound.” “Set within one of the city’s most secure gated enclaves, this newly rebuilt estate spans five acres on a commanding promontory, opening to sweeping mountain views and complete seclusion,” the description added. And now, it has been bought by a man who works in “tech and finance” and “everybody knows his name,’ according to Lopez’s broker, Branden Williams.

A new home

In May 2026, Lopez moved into the $18 million mansion she purchased in early 2025. According to the Daily Mail, she’s “thrilled” about the move after completing renovations, with an insider calling the home “her very own Barbie Dreamhouse.”“It is girly and fun with pink and white colours, very feminine and yummy,” the same source shared. “She is over the moon about it and really living out her ‘happy phase’ with no one to tell her what to do or how to behave. She is free.”The 8,600 square foot estate sits on 2.5 acres of land in the exclusive gated community of Hidden Hills where TV royalty like Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner also have homes. Lopez was reportedly drawn to the New England-style manse because it resembles one of her homes on the opposite coast. However, it is comparatively smaller than the Beverly Hills mansion with just five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a guesthouse, a pool house, a five-stall barn, a tack room and an equestrian arena. It was described in its listing as “exuding sophistication,” offering the perfect mix between “the best of New England charm” and “relaxed California informality.“She also loves that the home reminds her of her Hamptons property, which she is very happy with and where she has had so many great family moments,” the source continued.Affleck on the other hand has long moved on from the home, reportedly purchasing a $20.5 million Pacific Palisades bachelor pad in July 2024.
