During a question-and-answer session on Instagram, a fan asked her, “People are saying you didn’t deserve it. It was biased.” Reacting to this, she said, “You tell me if not me then who?” She further questioned why such concerns were not raised when contestants re-entered the show and when her advantage was given to someone else.

She said, “Why didn’t people call the show biased when contestants were brought back? Why didn’t they call the show biased when they were kept in the secret room? Why didn’t they say it was biased when an advantage was taken away from me and given to someone else? Why didn’t they say it then? (Mic drop ho chuka hai guys) The mic has already dropped, guys.”

In Lock Upp, Akanksha Choudhary was kept in the secret room after she was evicted through the inmates’ vote. She later re-entered the show a week later. Yogesh Rawat and Harshad Chopda were also evicted from the show but re-entered just two weeks before the finale as wildcards.

In the semi-final task, Shreya got an advantage that allowed her to decide who would be eliminated from the show immediately. She picked Shivangi Joshi, but the decision eventually went to Harshad, the first finalist, who gave his place to Shivangi and saved her from elimination. Harshad was eventually eliminated from the show.

Farah Khan was also accused of being biased towards Shreya. In her recent vlog, she addressed the trolls and said, “After two weeks I got to know because people started commenting that I was a biased host. Why? Because her YouTube company and mine are managed by the same team named Qyuki. They have 70 content creators! So I called them and asked if Shreya is under them, and they said yes. But I didn’t know, so how was I biased?”
