The crime thriller ‘Rakkasapuradhol’ starring renowned filmmaker and actor Raj B. Shetty and directed by Ravi Sarang was released in theatres on February 6, 2026. The film turned out to be a decent hit during its run on the big screen and is now finally available to watch on the digital streaming platforms.

The makers took to Instagram to announce the release and wrote, “The wait is over! Experience Rakkasapuradol from the comfort of your home. Your love means everything.”Actor Anirudh Bhat, who plays the negative character in the film, also confirmed the film’s digital release through a video message. He said many viewers had been asking when the film would arrive on OTT.“Many people had been asking when Rakkasapuradhol would come to OTT. I didn’t have an answer then,” Aniruddh said. He also asked audiences to watch the film and support the team.‘Rakkasapuradhol’ is available on Prime Video. The film is currently released in Kannada with English subtitles.
Plot of ‘Rakkasapuradhol’
Directed by Ravi Sarang and produced by stuntmaster Ravivarma, ‘Rakkasapuradhol’ features Raj B. Shetty in the lead role. He plays a police officer who is dealing with mental health issues and gets transferred to Rakkasapura. Soon after he reaches the village, a series of unexplained murders takes place. This leads him into an investigation that becomes more complicated with every new development.The film begins with a murder investigation but later incorporates supernatural elements.
