However, shortly after the screening, a phone-recorded clip lasting approximately 1 minute and 28 seconds began circulating online.According to a Mid Day report, the trouble began almost immediately after the screening, when a roughly 88-second clip from the trailer began doing the rounds on social media. According to sources, the footage appears to have been recorded on an attendee’s phone during the event, capturing Rama’s entry sequence along with the moment he agrees to honour his father’s promise to Kaikeyi.Producer Namit Malhotra and director Nitesh Tiwari have since activated their anti-piracy partners and legal teams to identify and remove unauthorised uploads. A source close to the production said the takedown effort has been underway since Saturday night, with the clip successfully pulled from Reddit by Sunday morning, though scrubbing it from X (formerly Twitter) has proven more difficult.
