There’s so much young talent, and with the right support and opportunities, I truly believe Indian football can do wonders,” said Shroff.Shroff has been associated with Mumbai FC since the club was launched in 2024. He has regularly played for the club in the Mumbai District League and has also been involved in its training sessions. The 36-year-old developed an interest in football and had been hoping to make his professional debut for Mumbai FC.His absence means he will not feature in the club’s upcoming Durand Cup fixture in Shillong.
