India will tour New Zealand from October 22 to December 1, 2026, for a 12-match international series featuring five T20 Internationals, five One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and two Test matches. The tour will begin with the first T20I at Hagley Oval in Christchurch, with matches scheduled across five major New Zealand centres.
The five-match T20I series will run from October 22 to November 1, followed by five ODIs from November 4 to November 15. The two-Test series will begin on November 19 in Wellington and conclude in Christchurch on December 1. The teams will use the white-ball matches to assess their combinations ahead of the 2027 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup.
India have announced their T20I squad, with Shreyas Iyer named captain and Tilak Varma appointed vice-captain. The ODI and Test squads are yet to be announced by the BCCI. New Zealand will be led by Mitchell Santner in the ODI series, while the hosts have also announced changes to their squads for the upcoming matches.
