1. Five Test Centuries in a Row

Gautam Gambhir became the first Indian batter to score centuries in five consecutive Test matches. This is one of the biggest records of his Test career. 

2. 97 Runs in the 2011 World Cup Final

Gambhir scored a brilliant 97 runs against Sri Lanka in the 2011 World Cup final. His innings helped India chase a big target and win the World Cup after 28 years. He was the top scorer for India in the final. 

3. 75 Runs in the 2007 T20 World Cup Final

In the first T20 World Cup final against Pakistan, Gambhir scored 75 runs from 54 balls. It was the highest score in the final and played a big part in India’s historic victory. 

4. 150* in ODI Cricket

Gambhir scored an unbeaten 150 runs against Sri Lanka in an ODI at Eden Gardens in 2009. It was his highest ODI score and one of his best innings in the format. 

5. More Than 5,000 ODI Runs

Gambhir finished his ODI career with 5,238 runs in 147 matches. He also scored 11 centuries and 34 fifties in ODI cricket, showing his consistency as an opener.
